When you visit thervescape.com, your browser stores small files called cookies. This page explains in detail which cookies and similar technologies our website uses, why we use them, and how you can turn them off.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in the browser on your computer or phone. The next time you visit, your browser sends it back, and the website "recognizes" your device. For example, it can remember that you've already filled out a form, or tell that you arrived from an Instagram ad.

• First-party cookies are set by thervescape.com itself.
• Third-party cookies are set by other services embedded in the website, such as Google or Meta.
• Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay for a set period or until you delete them.

Cookies can't run programs or spread viruses. On their own, they usually don't contain your name or phone number, but combined with other data they may count as personal information. That's why we describe them in this policy and in our Privacy Policy.

2. Similar technologies

• Pixels (tags) are invisible snippets of code that let a service (such as Meta) know you opened a page or submitted a request.
• Browser local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) lets the website save technical settings in your browser, such as the state of pop-up windows.
• UTM parameters are tags added to a link's URL that show which ad or post brought you to us.

In the rest of this policy, we refer to all of these together as "cookies."

3. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These are needed for the website to load, for forms to submit, and to protect the site from spam. The website can't work without them, so they can't be turned off through our site (you can block them in your browser settings, but some features will stop working).

Functional

These remember your choices and make the website easier to use. For example, they keep a pop-up from showing again, and they keep track of how you found us as you move between pages so that information is sent along with your request.

Analytics

These help us understand how many people visit the website, which tours get the most interest, and where a page is hard to use. The data is collected in aggregate form. We use Google Analytics and the built-in statistics of the Tilda platform.

Advertising (marketing)

These help us see which Instagram and Facebook ads are working and show our tours to people who have already visited the website. We use Meta Pixel.

Cookies from embedded services

Our tour pages include Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may set its own cookies under its own policies.

4. List of services and cookies

Cookie names and durations are set by the services themselves and may change. Below are the main ones as of the date of publication.

5. What we track with Meta Pixel

In addition to page views, the website records a few events. They help us understand how easy our request form is to use and which ads bring in interested people:

• you saw the request form;
• you started filling out the form;
• you submitted a request;
• you opened a messaging app (Telegram or WhatsApp) to message us.

We do not send Meta the text of your messages, your question, or the phone number or email you entered in the form.

6. How long cookies are kept

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies are kept for the period shown in the table above or until you delete them. Data that analytics services have already received is retained under their own policies. For example, we keep event data in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.

7. How to manage and disable cookies

In your browser

All modern browsers let you view and delete cookies and block third-party cookies or all cookies at once:

• Microsoft Edge

If you block strictly necessary cookies, the request forms and other website features may not work properly.

In individual services

• Google Analytics: install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Google ads: Google Ad Settings.
• Meta (Instagram, Facebook): ad preferences in Accounts Center, in the section on activity from other websites.
• Industry opt-out tools: Digital Advertising Alliance, Network Advertising Initiative, and, for Europe, Your Online Choices.

On your phone

On an iPhone, you can stop apps from tracking you (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID (Settings → Google → Ads).

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals

There is no common standard for the "Do Not Track" signal yet, so our website doesn't respond to it automatically. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request not to use your data for personalized advertising where your state's law requires it. You can also always contact us, and we'll honor your opt-out.

9. Changes to this policy

If we add new services or change our settings, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This policy is published in English and Russian; if there are any discrepancies between the versions, the English version prevails.
