Day-by-day program

Bar Harbor lighthouses, sunrise on Cadillac Mountain, ocean trails and the wild Schoodic Peninsula — five days of the real Maine.

Day 1. The road to the ocean

We leave New York for Maine with scenic stops along the way. We check in to a campground with an ocean view. A get-to-know-you evening by the campfire with a glass of wine, a cozy dinner and the first photos against the Atlantic.

Day 2. The magic of Acadia and Bar Harbor lobsters

Park Loop Road with stops at Sand Beach and Thunder Hole. Up Cadillac Mountain for breathtaking panoramas. A stroll along the Bar Harbor waterfront and local shops; in the evening — a lobster dinner 🦞 at an oceanfront restaurant.

Day 3. Active day: hike or bike

A hike on the Ocean Path Trail — cliffs, ocean and an easy route along the coast. Or a bike ride on the scenic Carriage Roads. A picnic overlooking Jordan Pond; in the evening — the campground with string lights, music and a home-cooked dinner.

Day 4. Secrets of the Schoodic Peninsula

We head to Schoodic — wild nature and no tourist crowds. A walk along the rocky coast and a photo shoot by the lighthouses. A final picnic right on the rocks by the water and a farewell dinner by the campfire.

Day 5. Heading home with gifts

A slow breakfast with a forest view. The road home and a farewell gift from the team. In the evening we're back in New York.
